Two ambulances collided in a violent wreck in the Bronx that injured multiple first responders.
One of the emergency vehicles overturned after being struck near Brook Avenue and East 142nd Street Saturday afternoon.
FDNY sources tell CBS2’s Matt Kozar that four EMTs were injured in the crash that took place just after 4 p.m.
Both vehicles were rushing to a scene in the area after receiving a call about an intoxicated person who was acting violently just a block away from the crash.
