Officers decided not to wait for ambulances after two police officers in Florida were wounded last (Monday) night. The officers were rushed to the hospital in the back of a pickup truck (see video above).
Two undercover Miami-Dade officers were shot Monday night, police said.
The pair were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital in the back of a pickup after being shot about 10 p.m. near Northwest 62nd Street and Northwest 20th Avenue.
The officers are listed in stable condition, police said.
