Video from Tom Mitten taken during a house fire yesterday (Wednesday) on Kenwood Road near Elsmere, Delaware (New Castle County). A dog was rescued by firefighters.

The fire was reported on the second floor of the house at about 1:05 p.m, said an official with the New Castle County fire board.
Volunteer crews from Elsmere, Cranston Heights and Newport among others responded and contained the fire in about 25 minutes, an official said.
A dog inside the home was saved from the blaze.
