A small plane crashed on an east Texas highway and it was captured on dash cam video. A county constable was driving home from work on Tuesday when his dash cam recorded the dramatic video. The crash happened near Bullard shortly after the plane had refueled at a regional airport. Two men were injured in the crash, one of whom remains in serious condition.
