In Taylor, Michigan, a neighbor saw a man lying on the grass next to his lawnmower. After 911 was called, Firefighter Chris Hudson was among those who responded and did CPR on the victim. After sending the man off to the hospital, Firefighter Hudson stuck around for a while.

The firefighter, identified as Chris Hudson, stayed back and finished cutting the grass.

“It’s just what I do. My dad always raised me to help out somebody in need. Obviously this family was in a desperate time of need,” he said. “It’s just cutting the grass, it’s nothing big. Took me 10-15 minutes to do it, got back in the truck and left.”
