Here is the latest in the story that broke today (Monday) in Harford County, Maryland.
Sources with the Harford County Sheriff’s Office say it was at the firehouse on Carrs Mill Road where the alleged victim became a target for an attempted first-degree rape and ongoing harassment that culminated with another incident less than three weeks ago.
The target of the abuse—a young man who is just 17 years old.
With warrants and summons outstanding against four other current and former members of the company, those facing charges have not been identified, but we’re told they are all males ranging in age from 19 years old to their early twenties.
Since the allegations surfaced last week, the company has suspended all of the accused active members, and they are banned from coming on the property.

Two specific incidents outlined in charges included an attempted sexual assault of a 17-year-old male member during the summer and a harassment incident on Nov. 22, (Sheriff PIO Cristie) Kahler wrote in an email.
The four suspects are males whose ages range in age from 19 to early 20s, Kahler said. She said the alleged assault happened on fire company property.
Upon conclusion of their investigation, according to the fire company and Kahler, Sheriff’s Office investigators criminally charged four people with offenses ranging from attempted first-degree rape to harassment, according to the fire company.
