This is early video from obelix703 taken during this (Friday) morning’s fire in the 1200 block of Wisconsin Avenue, Northwest in DC’s Georgetown neighborhood. The fire was in a second floor nail salon. A hat store is on the ground floor.

Wisconsin Ave Fire update: Further fire extension halted. Still opening up and checking for hotspots. Fire declared under control with no injuries at present.
