Video and pictures from last (Monday) night’s two-alarm fire in the Mount Vernon/Hybla Valley area of Fairfax County. An antiques market burned in the 8100 block of Richmond Highway. At the top of the video above there is a partial collapse of one wall.
NOTE: You will see some coverage of this fire describing it as occurring in Alexandria. The address carries an Alexandria mailing address but it is about five miles from the Alexandria border in Fairfax County (though the Alexandria City Fire Department was on the call.)
