Two people were injured after a fire broke out at Trump Tower Monday morning, FDNY said.
The blaze was reported at 721 5th Ave. at 6:58 a.m., FDNY said, describing it as both being on the top floor and roof.
Two people were injured as a result of the fire, FDNY said. It was not immediately known if those injured were civilians or firefighters.

A New York Police Department spokesman said authorities received a call about 7:30 a.m. about a one-alarm fire on the roof the Trump building on 5th Avenue. There were no evacuations and no one was reported injured, the spokesman said.
The 68-story Manhattan high rise houses its namesake developer-turned-president in a penthouse condominium, though President Trump was in Washington at the time of the fire, according to his White House schedule.
