It’s not clear who the two men are on the roof making what appears to be the initial attack on a house fire on Lafayette Street in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Based on news coverage, they may be the roofers who were at the house putting on a new roof when the fire broke out.

New Bethlehem Fire Chief Barry Fox told reporters that the fire, at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday, occurred at a bad time of day for area fire companies.
