NC firefighter loses legs after being struck at crash scene: Timothy “T.C.” King of the Trap VFD in Bertie County, NC was the first at the scene of a single car crash on icy roads Monday morning. King was struck and pinned by another vehicle as he was putting on his gear. Doctors amputated both of King’s legs. Read more here. Watch the story here.
