The National Transportation Safety Board is en route Friday to Massachusetts to investigate a series of gas explosions that caused 60 to 80 fires in homes across the Merrimack Valley. NTSB announced that Chairman Robert Sumwalt will discuss the explosions at 8 a.m. ET from Washington.
