Emergency crews battled an apartment building fire in Ephrata, Lancaster County, on Thursday afternoon.
It broke out around 3:15 p.m. on the 100 block of Old Mill Road.
Investigators have determined the fire was accidental and believe it was caused by carelessly discarded cigarettes on a second story balcony.
