Early video from Bill Rohrer at newsworking, taken during a house fire at 5204 Dewey Street in Whitehall, Pennsylvania (Lehigh County) on Sunday. Here’s part of the description with the video (more at Bill’s website):

Engine 4 arrived and Chief 4A (LC3902) reported smoke showing from the front door and had his crew stretch a hand line to the interior for a fire on the second floor.

Deputy 3503 (Bilder) took command and set up a staging area for the apparatus in the playground parking lot.

The initial interior crew couldn’t locate the fire initially. A second hand line was stretched to the front of the building and was used to hit the fire from the outside to darken down the fire. Once the fire was darkened down, the initial interior crew went back inside.
