More video posted showing what brought about firehouse confrontation
This is a video from Pocholo. Looking at Pocholo’s YouTube channel, you get the impression he’s one of those people who likes to perform so-called First Amendment audits. The “auditors” are basically people who shoot video of and inside local, state and federal government buildings, along with video of those working at the facilities or doing their jobs in the community. Many of Pocholo’s videos show confrontations with NYPD. Based on the titles and his comments, he’s not very fond of police.
In this video, his confrontation is with FDNY at the quarters of Engine 22/Ladder 13/Battalion 10 at 159 E. 85th Street in Manhattan. We are missing seeing happened to lead up to this confrontation (Update: additional videos showing what happened earlier have now been posted by Pocholo). The video starts with Pocholo laughing and taunting firefighters heading out on a response. He claims in the video that firefighters called the cops on him for shooting video of the firehouse.
Lexipol founder Gordan Graham recently posted an excellent video on 1A audits. It’s worth watching.
