Here are two additional videos showing some of what came before the previous video posted of a confrontation between FDNY firefighters and a man taking video and taunting them around the quarters of Engine 22/Ladder 13/Battalion 10 at 159 E. 85th Street in Manhattan. This apparently all started when the man was questioned by a firefighter over why he was taking video of the personal vehicles belonging to firefighters parked on the street near the firehouse.

The person taking the videos has the YouTube name of Pocholo. Pocholo has many videos posted of confrontations around New York. Most are with police and, like these videos, are similar to so-called “First Amendment audits”. Such videos have become pretty common around the country. They usually show someone shooting video outside–and sometimes inside–local, state and federal government buildings. The videos often include shots of those working at the facilities or of them doing their jobs in the community. Gordon Graham at Lexipol recently posted an informational video about 1A audits.
