Something about this video reminds me of that boat fire that was handled in rapid fashion a while back (click here). It’s from somewhere in Russia, apparently in recent days. The air drop seems to have done a good job of darkening the fire for the moment. I imagine if the firefighters on the ground get over being pissed off they still had a bit of work to do.
