The Goodwill Fire Company #1 of York Township, Pennsylvania paints a different picture than Pennsylvania State Police over an incident on I-83 Sunday where a fire lieutenant was taken to the ground and handcuffed by a trooper. The fire company indicates the trooper was the aggressor when the lieutenant tried to stop the trooper who was breaking glass to get to an overdose victim in a vehicle. So far, there’s been no further comment from PSP over the fire department’s comments.
