Check out this pre-arrival video form tornadochaser66 and watch what happens starting at about 3:50 into the video. The fire occurred Tuesday at 134 Boyle Avenue in Totowa, New Jersey.

A construction dumpster between two homes caught fire extending to both homes and bringing down a power line. The power line is the focus of the close call.

Also check starting around 5:15 in the video as the attack line continues to be dragged over the arcing power line.
