There has been an explosion this morning that leveled homes in Northwest Baltimore not far from Reisterstown Road Plaza off Reisterstown Road near the Baltimore City and Baltimore County line. Reports of people trapped in the rubble. So far, this is a second-alarm with additional units still being called.
