Pre-arrival video from Steven Matto shows a dispute on the fireground over an apparent safety issue during a house fire Monday in Arnold, Pennsylvania (Westmoreland County). After a lot of yelling when firefighters approach the home, there’s a physical confrontation at 7:45 into the video. It appears to be over concerns the initial attack is taking place near a burning power line.
