Drone video from Frank Wesnoski taken at two fires on May 17 in Chester, Pennsylvania. The video is cued to Frank’s drone leaving the house fire and arriving at the second fire in a commercial building as firefighters make their initial attack (just scroll the video back to the start to see the house fire). Here’s what Frank wrote about the pair of fires:

City of Chester, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, United States. 5/17/2022. Crews were dispatched to the 300 block of West 9th St. E82, E83, L82 and Squirt 81 responded with 12 firefighters. Battalion chief 82 had command and reported a 3 story twin with heavy fire in the 3rd floor extending to the exposure. A second alarm was struck bringing Chester call backs several mutual aid companies and covers for the city stations. Crews were quickly pulled out of the dwelling as conditions deteriorated. About 15 min into the fire the building suffered a significant collapse of the front of the building. About 20 min into the incident Chester Police reported a working fire in the 600 block of the Avenue of the States. The Chester Fire Commissioner as well as several cover companies responded to the second incident. Car 1 went on location with a 1 story commercial 50×100 with heavy smoke showing. Crews forced entry and mounted an interior attack. As conditions worsened and the integrity of the roof was called into question (the roof had several HVAC units) crews were evacuated from the interior. Crews set up several elevated master streams and went defensive. Additional mutual aid companies were needed to control the second fire.
